Each set of aligners shifts your teeth slightly, using just the right amount of force. You change out complete sets on a weekly basis as your teeth gradually move into position. Since you remove them when eating, there are no restrictions on the type of food you can eat as there is with traditional braces. They also won’t cut your mouth if you participate in sports.
